Do you have a physical store?

No. Gems are sold online to keep costs low and maintain a maximum of security. Although there is no physical store for you to visit, the 7 day return policy allows you to return everything you don’t like.

Do you make jewellery as well?

Unfortunately the current workspace is not suitable for making jewellery, so for now my focus is on faceting beautiful gemstones for you to treasure or for another jeweller to set.


What currency is used?

All prices are listed in Australian dollars.

What are the payment options?

All major credit cards, debit cards and Apple Pay / Google Pay for online payments via this website. Sorry, we do not offer layby or afterpay.

Do you charge sales tax?

GST is included in the list price when applicable.

Do you negotiate?

My pricing is firm. The listed price is my last price.

What are the shipping costs?

All shipments within Australia are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post. Extra Cover* and Signature on Delivery are included in the shipping fee, which is automatically calculated at checkout. Please check Australia Post optional extras (domestic) for further details.

Please note we always do our best to get deliveries to you as fast as possible but cannot control Australia Post or courier delivery times. 

* Extra Cover provides loss or damage cover up to the specified value of your item (up to $5,000) while it’s being carried by Australia Post.

Are there any other charges I will need to pay?

If you are in another country you may need to pay an import duty. There can also be a small fee charged by the shipper for their customs clearing services. These customs duties and clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
